Where do I even begin with Patty and Tim's wedding? It's one I'll never forget with awesome food, dancing, and one of the kindest couples I have ever met. The second we met on Zoom at the start of the pandemic we immediately clicked which made the year planning their wedding so so fun. Tim fell in love with the Lombardi House after attending a wedding there and eventually knew that's where he wanted Patty and him to get married at. The first time stepping onto the property was so surreal. Smack dab in the middle of Hollywood is the property surrounded by high shrubs that truly makes the Lombardi House a hidden gem to those driving by. Another reason they both chose this property was because you could also rent the house. So, after the wedding was over their closest friends were able to keep celebrating after the guests left with plenty of rooms to accommodate all of them.
Patty was the definition of a glowing bride. She spent her morning upstairs getting ready with all her bridesmaids as Grace Lee did her magic with hair and makeup.
While the girls were getting ready, Tim and the boys had some quality time on the other side of the property eating pizza, smoking cigars, and just doing guy stuff.
The best part about the Lombardi House is that it is such a stunning property that we didn't need much decor to make it pop. Patty opted for the ceremony to be held in the barn with the reception to take place out on the back driveway. She chose Third and Park to create the most stunning florals to accent the bright white walls inside the barn.
After cocktail hour guests were ushered back to the other side of the property for the reception under a canopy of leaves and stringed lights.
The highlight of the night was Tim's dance with his mother. They surprised us all with a choreographed dance to Earth, Wind & Fire's "September."
Patty & Tim ended their wedding festivities with their favorite cake: Milk Bar's Birthday Cake. Yum!
